Improved radio buttons

- I’d like to be able to set a question that uses radio buttons as required, so that an error state is triggered if the question is not answered.
- I don’t like how the radio buttons show the focused state, rather than the checked state, when the user clicks an option. This means they have to click twice for it to be selected, which is confusing.
- Currently, the focus states for radio buttons aren’t working. If I’m tabbing through the form, it only highlights the first option rather than allowing me to flip through all my radio buttons, and when I hit enter, I can’t select the button.
